The X Marine Energy Conference will be held in Bilbao, at the Faculty of Engineering, next May 29. The Conference is organized by JRL-ORE and Euskampus Fundazioa with the support of the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU, Tecnalia and BCAM.

To celebrate the aniversary, Dr. Deborah Greaves will deliver a key note talking about the successful formula of Supergen ORE Hub in UK, which connects academia, industry, policy and public stakeholders, inspires innovation and maximises societal value in offshore wind, wave and tidal energy. Besides, a boat trip has been organized to visit the Bimep test area after the lunch.

Researchers and Industry will have the opportunity to discuss about the most recent research activities, ongoing and new collaborative projects and potential market of the innovations in Offshore Renewable Energy in the Basque Country.

The conference aims to find a common ground between research and industry needs in the field of Offshore Renewable Energy in the Basque Country.
