The IET book “Renewable Energy from the Oceans: From wave, tidal and gradient systems to offshore wind and solar” has been just published. Prof. Elisabeta Tedeschi and Abel Taffese (NTNU PhD fellow under her supervision) have co-authored chapter 8, on “Electrical power transmission and grid integration”. Other chapters are solidly contributed by many friends and colleagues (e.g. Vincenzo Nava, German Perez, Pablo Ruiz-Minguela, Jose Luis Villate, from Tecnalia, Luca Castellini, from Umbra) that are also partners in the REM.
